Identity & Contact Details (Name, phone number, email address): To handle listener inquiries, song requests, program participation, suggestions, and customer support,
Technical & Log Data (IP addresses, traffic data, access logs, cookies): To maintain IT infrastructure security, fulfill statutory obligations under Turkish Law No. 5651, and analyze web service performance.
3. Method and Legal Grounds for Data Collection
Your data is collected automatically or semi-automatically via online forms, web streams, cookies, and digital feedback channels. Processing is carried out pursuant to Article 5 of the PDPL under the following legal bases:
